As you can see, I didn't just go for the mansions. I was most definitely in it for the trees. If you're into trees, Hampstead Heath has 'em. I've always associated the Heath with fields and picnicking families (and on that front I was not disappointed!) but there are also some beautiful wooded areas, and some gorgeous scenic views. I was also particularly excited that I could see so many aeroplanes flying overhead, although I appreciate that aeroplane noise might well irritate some people.

I made sure to wrap up super warm (and also wear a mini skirt, because I live on the gosh-darned edge, motherfluffers) for our little pseudo-country walk. I was also wearing a duffel coat, but I took it off so as to suffer for my art, and also because I knew that there would be too much out-fit repetition if I wore it twice. Trade secrets, guys.
